Returns - Returns may be made only at the discretion of the artisan from whom the item was purchased. No returns will be granted without prior approval from the artisan. Buyer to pay return shipping, unless otherwise specified by the artisan. Please contact the artisan with any questions. Refunds for returns will be granted by the individual artisans; any paypal fees will not be refunded. Contact individual stores for policies on custom orders and returns.

Payments - Paypal is the preferred method of payment. All customers choosing to pay by money order during the checkout process are entering into a contract with the individual artisans of K&F and must follow through with payment. If money orders are not received within 10 days, the sale will be cancelled and non-paying customers will be prohibited from using the money order option for future purchases. We recommend you purchase delivery confirmation, as K&F is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.

Shipping - Instock orders will ship within 72 hours, unless otherwise stated in the listing. See individual item listings for shipping time on custom orders. The artisans of K&F ship via the USPS. Unless otherwise specified, domestic shipping is included in all prices. Additional shipping charges for orders outside the continental US will be invoiced separately after the sale.
